I was honored with the privilege to photograph this promotion ceremony at the National Archives Building in Washington DC. I’ve photographed many promotion ceremonies here, but it never gets old! It never stops giving me chills, to see these hardworking individuals get recognized for their service to our country in this building that literally houses the most important documents to our Nation. I never knew when I moved here that I would be one of the few lucky people in the world that gets to bring their camera in here and document literal history. As always, thank you for your service and the honor to document this special occasion.
