I love love, and I really enjoy surprising people. So this was a great double for me!
This lovely couple was on vacation in DC and it’s a special place for them so our guy thought this was the perfect spot for his proposal - AND HE WAS RIGHT!
She was shocked and delighted and it was a beautiful moment!
